试论企业文化建设和思想政治工作相结合 　　摘要：企业文化――或称公司文化，一般指企业中长期形成的共同理想、基本价值观、作风、生活习惯和行为规范的总称，是企业在经营管理过程中创造的具有本企业特色的精神财富的总和，对企业成员有感召力和凝聚力，能把众多人的兴趣、目的、需要以及由此产生的行为统一起来，是企业长期文化建设的反映。而企业思想政治工作的内容涵盖的范围很广，大致可分为两类：一类是系统教育，即坚持党的基本路线，进行系统的爱国教育与集体教育；另一类则是日常教育，即根据利益关系，进行遵纪守法等基本内容的教育。企业思想政治工作要与经济工作紧密结合，把思想政治工作的柔性融于政策、制度、纪律的硬性规定中，把自律和他律结合起来，把握好企业的经营决策，在社会主义市场经济发展的大前提下，找准自己的发展方向。文章主要探讨了企业文化建设同思想政治工作的结合问题。 　　关键词：企业文化建设 思想政治工作相结合 　　Abstract: the enterprise culture--or said the company culture, generally refers to enterprises of the formation of the medium and long term, a common ideal, basic values, style, the life habits and the floorboard of the behavior standards, is the enterprise in the management process of the enterprise characteristic of the creation of the sum total of the spiritual wealth, to the enterprise member charismatic and cohesion, can put many peoples interests, purpose, need and the resulting behavior to unify, is the enterprise long-term culture construction reflection.
