针对中成药和西药联用情况分析 　　摘要：目的：调查研究中成药与西药联用比例，并查找不合理联用情况，提出相应的解决对策。方法：对本院自2012年1月至2014年1月间所开具的21023例门诊处方进行回顾式调查分析。结果：21023张处方中中成药联合西药处方共计7518张，约占总处方数的35.7%。其中联用不合理处方数共计362张，占中成药联合西药处方数的4.8%。其中因不合理联用致使患者出现不良反应的处方共计198张，占不合理联用药方的54.7%。不良反应主要为胃肠不适、头痛失眠、血糖升高、损害肝肾功能等。结论：中成药和西药联合应用比例以及不合理联用的比例相对较高，药物不合理联用会导致患者出现不良反应，而且会降低临床治疗效果。故提高医务人员的专业知识水平，严格审查用药处方对提高患者的用药安全性以及有效性具有重要意义。 　　关键词：处方；中成药；西药；不合理联用；不良反应 　　Abstract ： objective： to study combination proportion， proprietary Chinese medicine and western medicine and find the unreasonable situation， put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures. Methods： in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014， 21023 cases of outpatient prescription of the research analysis to review. Results： of 21023 prescription combined traditional Chinese prescription for a total of 7518 pieces， accounts for about 35.7% of the total number of prescription. Combination of unreasonable prescription for a total of 362， accounting for 4.8% of the number of combined traditional Chinese prescription.
