不同肾囊肿治疗的方法比较 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.17.23 　　摘要目的：评价不同手术方法在治疗肾囊肿中的应用。方法：回顾性分析103例治疗肾囊肿方法，观察比较经超声引导下肾囊肿穿刺术、后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术及开放性肾囊肿切除术3种手术方法的手术时间、出血量、术后并发症、住院天数及住院费用等。结果：后腹腔镜手术组创伤小，术中出血量少，术后恢复快，住院时间短；肾囊肿穿刺术术后复发率高。开放性手术创伤大，术中出血量大，恢复慢，术后并发症较多。结论：腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术因其创伤小、恢复快、疗效可靠，已成为肾囊肿的首选治疗方法，临床上治疗肾囊肿应根据不同病例特点选择合适手术方式，以争取治疗肾囊肿的效果最大化。 　　关键词肾囊肿后腹腔镜下囊肿去顶减压术开放性手术切除术肾囊肿穿刺术 　　Comparison of different methods of the treatment of renal cyst 　　Yang Yuanwang 　　Department of Emergency surgery，the Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Guangzhou City，Huadu District， Guangzhou City，Guangdong 510800 　　AbstractObjective：We evaluated the different operation methods in the treatment of renal cyst.Methods：We retrospective analyzed 103 cases of renal cyst treated methods，to observe the ultrasound guided renal cyst puncture renal cyst，retroperitoneal laparoscopic decortication and open renal cyst excision。We compared the operation time，bleeding volume，postoperative complications，hospital stay and cost of hospitalization of 3 kinds methods.Results：In the retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation group，they had small trauma，less bleeding，faster postoperative recovery and shorter hospitalization time.The recurrence rate of renal cyst puncture is high.The open operation had the large trauma，bleeding quantity big，slow recovery and postoperative complications.Conclusion：The laparoscopic renal cyst decortication for its small trauma，quick recovery，reliable curative effect has become the preferred treatment for renal cyst.We should choose suitable operation mode for the clinical treatment of renal cyst according to the different characteristics of the largest case，in order to strive to maximize the effect of the treatment of renal cysts.
