中西药结合早期治疗糖尿病肾病临床的研究 　　作者单位：527300 广东省云浮市人民医院 　　通讯作者：冯少刚 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨对早期糖尿病肾病患者采用中西药结合的方法进行治疗的影响及效果。方法 将48例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各24例，两组均给予糖尿病常规综合治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用双密达莫、益肾中药治疗。结果 治疗组24例患者中，症状基本消失15例，好转5例，无变化4例，有效率为83.3%；对照组中，症状基本消失8例，好转5例，无变化11例，有效率为54.1%。两组症状改善率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在西药常规的治疗基础上配合益肾活血方煎剂治疗早期糖尿病肾病，疗效显著，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 中西药结合； 糖尿病肾病； 双密达莫 　　Medium the western medicine combine the clinical research that the kidney that cured diabetes in early days gets sick FENG Shao-gang.Yunfu Peoples Hospital in Guangdong Province,Yunfu 527300,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective Inquire into to the kidney of the diabetes of the earlier period patient the western medicine combine in the middle of the adoption of the method carry on the influence and effect of treatment.Methods The kidney of 48 earlier period diabetes patient is random on the average divided into matched control and treatment set 24 for each,2 sets all go diabetes to synthesize to cure a general method and use in treatment set the foundation that cure in the matched control is solid from the benefit kidney drawing up this soup treatment.Results In treatment set 24 sufferers, the symptom is basic to disappear 15, turns for the better 5, didnt change 4, efficient is 83.3%;In the matched control, the symptom is basic to disappear 8,turns for the better 5,didnt change 11,efficient is 54.1%. Two sets of symptoms improvement rate shows Zhao difference more already （P0.05）.Conclusion On the treatment foundation of the western medicine normal regulations match benefit the kidney live blood square fried treatment earlier period the kidney disease of sugar year disease,the curative effect shows Zhao,worth clinical expansion. 　　【Key words】 Medium western medicine combines; Kidney disease of diabetes; Benefit kidney solid origin 　　 　　糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的并发症，是糖尿病全身性微血管病变表现之一，临床特征为蛋白尿、渐进性肾功能损害、高血压、水肿，晚期出现严重肾功能衰竭是糖尿病患者的主要死亡原因之一。糖尿病肾病早期缺乏明显的临床症状，尿微量白蛋白的监测是发现早期糖尿病肾病的重要手段，早期的干预治疗对于延缓糖尿病肾病的进展十分重要［1］。笔者所在科室2007年1月～2010年12月对24例患者采用中西
