***：轮机工程专业毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 3 油轮货舱惰化系统分析 [摘要] 油轮货舱惰化系统（IGS）是油轮船上的重要设备。对于油轮防火防爆起着非常重要的作用。在装货之前，应先向货舱充满惰气，航行中要补气。在其他作业中，如洗舱，除气等作业仍然要使用IGS。IGS产生合格的惰气，充入货舱，使货舱中的含氧量降低到一定程度。在这一范围内，燃烧爆炸不能发生，从而达到防火防爆的目的。因此，正确的认识了解，分析IGS，维护该系统的正常运转，对船舶的安全，经济，高效有非常重要的意义。 [关键词] 油轮货舱；惰化系统；IGS；分析 The analysis of Inertia Gas System of Oil Tanker Hold [Abstract] The inertia gas system of oil tanker hold is an important equipment on board. It is very considerable for the prevention of fire and explosion on oil tanker. Before loading , filled the holds with inertia gas, adding inertia gas during sea traveling. In other works,
