东莞市荔湾区竞技游泳后备人才培养的现状及制约因素分析 　　摘要：对广东省“游泳之乡”竞技游泳后备人才培养的现状进行概述，然后从政府支持、学训关系处理、管理制度以及选材和竞赛4个层面对其制约因素进行剖析，认为政府支持和领导重视是广东省“游泳之乡”竞技游泳后备人才培养的重要保障，完善“有偿训练”的制度、“体教结合”制度创新、优化教练员学历和职称结构、净化比赛环境、加大科学选材经费投入是广东省“游泳之乡”竞技游泳后备人才培养可持续发展的必由之路。 　　关键词：竞技游泳；后备人才；游泳之乡；东莞市；荔湾区 　　中图分类号：G861.1文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-7116(2009)04-0081-04 　　 　　Analysis of the current state of the cultivation of backup talents for competitive swimming and its restricting factors in Liwan district and Dongguan city 　　LIU Ping 　　（Department of Physical Education，Guangdong University of Finance，Guangzhou 510520，China） 　　 　　Abstract: By means of literature research and questionnaire survey, the author gave an overview of the current state and characteristics of the cultivation of backup talents for competitive swimming in the “City of Swimming” in Guangdong province, and then analyzed factors that restrict the cultivation of backup talents for competitive swimming in the “City of Swimming” in Guangdong province, in such 4 aspects as governmental support, learning and training relation handling, management system, as well as talent selection and competition, and drew the following conclusions: governmental support and leader’s concern are important assurance for the cultivation of backup talents for competitive swimming in the “City of Swimming” in Guangdong province; perfecting the “paid training” system, innovating the “training and teaching combined” system, optimizing coach’s educational background and title structure, purifying competition environments, increasing fund input for scientific talent selection, are inevitable ways to the sustainable development of backup talents for competitive swimming in the “City of Swimming” in Guangdong province. 　　Key words: competitive swimming；backup talent；City of Swimming；Dongguan city；Liwan district 　　 　　竞技体育后备人才的培养是一项长期、复杂、综合的系统工程，它的发展需要整个社会的参与和支持。然而竞技体育后备人才的培养又有其自身的发展规律，存在着诸多相互制约、相互影响的因素。国家体育总局游泳管理中心[1]提出“要把‘游泳之乡’建设成为培养后备人才基地”的具体要求。为了深入了解我国竞技游泳后备人才培养的现状和存在的问题，本课题就广
