优质护理在冠心病临床护理中的应用效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨优质护理在冠心病临床护理中应用效果。方法 整群选取2014年7月―2015年6月期间该院收治的冠心病患者122例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予优质护理，观察两组患者护理后在自我监测、生理功能、规范用药、饮食控制等方面的评价分数及护理满意度。结果 对照组总满意度为70.49%，观察组总满意度为90.17%，观察组总满意度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=10.75，P0.05）。观察组在自我监测、生理功能、规范用药、饮食控制等分数均高于对照组，两组结果相比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 优质护理在冠心病的临床护理中具有较好的应用效果，能够有效的改善患者的生活质量，提高护理满意度。 　　[关键词] 冠心病；优质护理；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（c）-0154-03 　　Clinical Application Effect of High-quality Nursing Care on Coronary Heart Disease 　　ZHANG Guo-li 　　Second Department of Cardiovascular Medicine， Changchun Central Hospital， Changchun， Jilin Province， 130051 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high-quality nursing care on coronary artery disease. Methods 122 cases with coronary heart disease admitted from July 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group were given the usual care， the observation group were given high-quality nursing care on the basis of the usual care. The evaluation score of self-monitoring， physiological function， standard medication， diet control and other aspects after nursing and level of nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results The level of overall nursing satisfaction was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group （90.17% vs 70.49%）， the difference was statistically significant （χ2=10.75， P0.05）. The scores of self-monitoring， physiological function， standard medication， diet control and other aspects were much higher in the observation group than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.
