11 PAGE 11 复合型信息化创新创业人才培养模式理论框架研究 孙德林 谭鑫 关婧 黄源通 （江西师范大学 江西南昌 330022） 摘 要：为了推进人才培养模式改革，着力培养大学生创新精神和创业能力，进一步提高高等教育的教学质量，教育部鼓励高等学校在教学内容、课程体系、实践环节等方面进行人才培养模式的改革，推进教学理念机制和体系的全方面创新。本文在分析复合型信息化创新创业人才培养模式的理论依据和基本原则的基础上，给出了复合型信息化创新创业人才培养模式的理论构架。复合型信息化创新创业人才培养模式是人才培养模式中的一个重要组成部分，它既有人才培养的共性，也有自身的特殊性。培养复合型信息化创新创业人才将是高校面临的一项艰巨而伟大的使命。 关键词：复合型信息化创新创业人才；人才培养模式；理论框架；创业教育 The Exploration about the Training Mode for Compound Informational and Entrepreneurial Talents DeLin Sun, Xin Tan, Jing Guan, Yuantong Huang (Jiangxi Normal University, Jiangxi Nanchang Abstract：In order to promote the reform of personnel training mode, to cultivate college student’s spirit of innovation and skill of entrepreneur, and to further improve higher educations quality of teaching, the Ministry of Education encourages that institutions of higher learning should reform personnel training mode to innovate teaching system and education system from teaching content, curriculum system, practice and so on. This paper designs the theoretical framework of compound informational and entrepreneurial personnel training mode with addressing the theoretical basis and basic principles of its. The compound informational and entrepreneurial personnel training mode is in an important component of personnel training mode, it has commonness of personnel training but also particularity. It is a great and arduous mission for institutions of higher learning to cultivate compound informational and entrepreneurial talent.
