分娩镇痛在产科中的应用效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析分娩镇痛技术在产科中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析该院2016年8月―2017年2月收治的120例初产妇的临床资料， 其中60例产妇自愿要求分娩镇痛且具有适应证者分为观察组， 余者60例正常阴道分娩， 拒绝分娩镇痛者分为对照组，对比两组产妇各个产程的时间，对比分娩中的疼痛情况。 结果 观察组产妇第一产程时间为（599.8±36.8）min，第二产程时间为（48.5±29.4）min，与对照组产妇差异有统计学意义（t=12.35，P0.05）。观察组产妇选择剖宫产4例，剖宫产率为6.67%，对照组产妇选择剖宫产18例，剖宫产率为30.00%，二者相比差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.41，P0.05；χ2=39.14，P0.01；χ2=17.54，P0.01）。 结论 在产科正常阴道分娩中，基于常规分娩处理，采取分娩镇痛的措施，可显著缓解产妇疼痛，减少产妇不良应激反应，对于正常阴道分娩有着积极的意义。 　　[关键词] 分娩镇痛；产科；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）12（c）-0053-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of labor analgesia technology in obstetrics. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data in our hospital from August 2016 to February 2017 treated 120 cases of primipara， including 60 cases of maternal voluntary labor analgesia with indications were divided into the observation group， more than 60 cases of normal vaginal delivery， refused delivery analgesia were divided into control group， comparing the two groups each labor time， pain in childbirth compared. Results In the observation group， the duration of the first stage of labor was （599.8±36.8）min， and the time of the second stage of labor was（48.5 ±29.4） min. There was significant difference between the control group and the control group（t=12.35，P0.05）. In the observation group， 4 cases of cesarean section were selected， and the rate of cesarean section was 6.67%， while that of the control group was 18 cases. The rate of cesarean section was 30.00.The difference was significant （χ2=9.41，P0.05；χ2=39.14，P0.01；χ2=17.54，P0.01）. Conclusion In the normal vaginal delivery of obstetrics， the treatment is based on routine delivery. The measures of labor analgesia can significantly relieve the pain of parturient and reduce the adverse stress reaction of parturient.
