商业型体育健身俱乐部从业人员职业认同价值取向及道德法律意识的现状调查 　　摘要：对广东省6城市的商业型体育健身俱乐部从业人员的职业认同、价值取向和道德法律意识进行研究，结果显示：商业型体育健身俱乐部从业人员的职业认同与性别、年龄、学历和就业年限有关，职业认同程度总体不高；在利益观上反映了不同的价值取向，但都重视健康，抱着积极的生活态度；道德、诚信和纳税意识普遍较强，但维权意识较弱。 　　关键词：商业型体育健身俱乐部；职业认同；价值取向；道德法律意识 　　中图分类号：G80-05文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-7116(2009)06-0051-03 　　 　　Career recognition, value orientation as well as ethical and legal awareness of professionals working for commercial type sports fitness clubs 　　XU Feng-qin，ZHOU Jin-guo，HUANG Yan-jun 　　（Department of Physical Education，Hanshan Normal University，Chaozhou 521041，China） 　　 　　Abstract: By using such research methods as literature retrieval and questionnaire survey, the authors studied the career recognition, value orientation as well as ethical and legal awareness of professionals working for commercial type sports fitness clubs in 6 cities in Guangdong province, and revealed the following findings: the career recognition of professionals working for commercial type sports fitness clubs is related to genders, ages, educational backgrounds and employment years, and the degree of their career recognition is not high in general; in terms of interest view they reflected different value orientations, but they all regarded health highly and had a positive life attitude; their ethical, good faith and tax paying awareness is generally strong, but their right protecting awareness is relatively weak. 　　Key words: commercial type sports fitness club；career recognition；value orientation；ethical and legal awareness 　　 　　改革开放以来，经济的快速发展、人们生活水平的提高和体育产业的兴起，使得商业型体育健身俱乐部正以较大的市场规模和广泛的居民参与，而成为体育市场中最具活力和发展前景的大众体育消费活动场所。商业型体育健身俱乐部的从业人员，是改革开放后随着体育产业的兴起与发展而出现的一支健身服务队伍，是大众体育健身的组织者和指导者，是推动社会进步和体育产业化发展的重要力量[1]。商业型体育健身俱乐部从业人员，是当今我国10大阶层中第7层的商业服务业员工阶层[2]。这些从业人员的自身素质如何，不但关系到服务水平，关系到俱乐部营销的成败，甚至关系到体育健身娱乐产业乃至整个体育产业的发展。为此，我们对商业型体育健身俱乐部从业人员进行职业认同、价值取向和道德法律意识的调查，并就调查结果进行分析。 　　 　　1调查对象与方法 　　 　　本次调查首先以广东省汕头市、潮州市、揭阳市、韶关市、湛江市和茂名市现有的商业型体育健身俱乐部为抽样框，然后采用简单随机抽样方法在抽样框中分别抽取一定数量的商业型体育健身俱乐部从业人员进行调查，共组成55个商业型体育健身俱乐部和220名从业
