I I 摘 要 摘 要 和谐校园是以校园为载体，坚持以人为本，以诚信友爱为基础，以内和外顺、 团结进取、稳定有序为主要特征，实现学校教育各个管理子系统或要素全面、协 调、自由、充分发展，良性互动，整体优化的教育理念。构建高校和谐校园体现 了学校发展的办学理念和价值取向。弘扬传统文化，构建和谐校园，是师生精神 追求的需要，是学校发展的需要，更是培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的需要。 本文研究的高校和谐校园建设和管理，是指通过各方面的政策和措施，特别 是管理手段来解决高校和谐校园建设问题，使得高校作为构建社会主义和谐社会 的重要阵地，真正使校园和谐成为和谐社会的重要组成部分。本文通过文献法、 比较法等将对我国对高校和谐校园建设和管理问题进行思考和研究。 构建高校和谐校园就要形成公平、公正、公开的发展环境，让各类人才获得 均等的展现与发展机会，物尽其用，人尽其才，各得其所。在高校落实以人为本， 就要采取有效措施，为师生员工才能和潜力的发挥营造一种公平、公正、合理、 有效的宽松环境和良好氛围。 从研究现状来看，高校和谐校园建设及管理问题的研究已开始受到越来越多 人的重视，并有一定的研究成果，但总体上还存在成果分散、广度深度不够、实 用性不强等问题，与实践对理论的要求存在较大差距，迫切需要进一步完善。 关键词：高校，和谐校园，管理，以人为本 II II ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Harmonious campus is the campus as the carrier adheres to people-oriented, honest and friendly basis, within and outside the smooth, unity and progress, stability, and orderly as the main features of each subsystem to achieve school education or elements of comprehensive, coordinated, free, full development, positive interaction, the overall optimization of Education.
