四化同步发展水平动态评价的研究 　　关键词：“四化”同步发展；工业化；信息化；城镇化；农业现代化；主成分分析；区域经济；可持续发展 　　摘要：近年来，“四化”协调发展引起学界的关注并取得了部分研究成果。以“四化”同步发展水平评价指标新体系为基础，通过全局主成分分析法对大陆各省、市、自治区2009～2013年的“四化”同步水平进行动态评价，结果表明：考察期内我国“四化”同步发展水平没有明显改善，高水平同步型省份还很少，大多数省份某一化或两化的发展明显滞后；“四化”同步发展水平总体上呈西高东低，南北高、中部低的格局。 　　中图分类号：F120.4文献标志码：A文章编号：1009-4474（2016）03-0051-07 　　Research on the Dynamic Evaluation of the 　　“Fourmodernizations” Synchronous Development Level 　　―Based on Allaround Principal Component Analysis 　　RUAN Jiagang 　　（School of Business Administration， Shangqiu University， Shangqiu 476000， China） 　　Key words： “Fourmodernizations” synchronous development； industrialization； informationalization； urbanization； agricultural modernization； allaround principal component analysis； regional economy； sustainable development 　　Abstract： This paper developed the evaluation index system of the “Fourmodernizations” synchronous development level and evaluated the dynamicity of the “Fourmodernizations” synchronization levels in 31 provinces and autonomous regions from 2009 to 2013 by adopting allaround principal component analysis method. The results show that there is no obvious improvement on the “Fourmodernization” synchronous development level during the period concerned； there are few provinces which have high level synchronization； most of the provinces lag behind obviously in one or two modernizations； on the whole the “Fourmodernization” synchronous development level presents the pattern of high level in the west and low one in the east， and high in the northsouth and low in the middle. 　　一、引言党的十八大报告明确指出：“坚持走中国特色新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化道路，促进工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展”。“四化”同步发展是一项复杂的系统工程，因此，弄清目前“四化”同步发展的程度和趋势，具有重要的理论和实践意义。 　　自2012年11月8日“四化”同步发展概念提出之后，国内学者对“四化”同步的系统研究迅速展开，其中一个重要研究方向是对“四化”协调度的测算。黄安胜等构建了每个子系统由4个指标构成的“新四化”发展水平评价体系，并基于熵值法对2010年全国各省份“新四化”发展水平进行了综合评价〔1〕；张旺等计算了2005～2011年中国“新四化”的耦合协调性〔2〕；石涛对中原经济区5省2000～2011年间的“四化”发展协调度进行了测度〔3〕。郭俊华构建了每个子系统由5个指标构成的指标体系，运用主成分分析方法和协调度模型对2013年各省份“四化”协调水平进行了分析〔4〕。袁晓玲等在对两化间关系分析的基础
