The Research of Visual image optimization for interface design of university portal website ABSTRACT The colleges portal site is not only as its window of the information construction, which is composed of multimedia elements . The network communication way of showing the information resources drives the information construction of colleges and universities to continue advancing. The campus network has become one of the most important platform s of daily information management and information exchange. However, current situations of domestic college webpage design are generally imperfect. Many follow the same pattern, some with no new design, or confusion in use of color layout, besides, some campus network even without the most basic network interactive consciousness, which seem a direct analog, invariably, efficient operation, like mass production. With a heavy yoke, they, listed in mechanical technology, fully become technical slaves without webpage design thinking, or characteristics, which appear colorful yet in fact, are empty lack of substance and meaningful design.
