国有煤炭企业人力资源流失的趋势及调控分析 　　摘要： 现阶段我国煤炭企业人力资源比较缺乏，人力资源的流失给煤炭企业带来了很大的影响，本文针对国有煤炭企业人力资源流失原因与现状进行了分析，找出可防范企业人力资源流失的有效对策。 　　Abstract： In the present stage， the human resources of Chinas coal enterprises is relatively insufficient， and the loss of human resources has a great impact on coal enterprises.
