夹江县10090例农村妇女宫颈癌免费筛查的的结果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解夹江县农村妇女宫颈癌的发病情况，对监测对象宫颈癌早发现、早诊断，以便早治疗，探索宫颈癌及癌前病变与地区分布、年龄的关系以及防治措施。方法 对全县22个乡镇31-59岁的部份农村妇女共10090人，采用巴氏涂片的方法进行宫颈癌筛查，初筛异常者757人进行阴道镜检查，其中阴道镜检查异常者286人，行阴道镜下宫颈组织病理学检查。结果 10090名检查妇女中，宫颈癌前病变（CIN）共25人，患病率为0.25%；检出宫颈鳞状细胞癌1例，患病率为9.9/10万。CIN1-CIN3的发病高峰年龄为35-44岁性生活活跃的妇女，焉城镇发病率高，甘江镇次之。结论 宫颈癌及癌前病变的发生已经有年轻化的趋势，可能与个人性卫生知识缺乏，地理环境污染等有关。我国近两年开展的妇女宫颈癌免费筛查项目是早期发现宫颈癌前病变（CIN）和宫颈癌的重要措施，对早诊断、早治疗，提高妇女健康水平具有积极的意义。 　　[关键词] 农村妇女; 宫颈癌; 筛查; 分析 　　[中图分类号] R737.33[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1005-0515（2011）-04-004-02 　　 　　The result analysis of cervical cancer screening among 10090 women in Jiajiang county 　　Yi xiaorong 　　(Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiajiang county, Jiajiang,Sichuan 614100) 　　[Abstract] Objective To clarify the cervix cancer incidence of Jiajiang county for early detection and early diagnose,so that early treatment.And the relationship were among CIN.cervical cancer with regional distribution,age,and control measures MethodsPapanicolaou smear test was conducted to 10090 women(31 to 59 years old) for cervical cancer screening in 22 township of Jiajiang.A total of 757 cases with abnormal cervical cancer were taken colposcopy,and 286 of them received biopsy.Results25 of 10090 cases were diagnosed cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)(0.25%),and only one was diagnosed cervical squamous cell carcinoma(9.9/100000).The highest incidence was in the age of 35-44 with frequent sexual behavior.Yancheng Town had the highest incidence rate,followed by Ganjiang Town ConclusionThe occurrence of cervical cancer and precancerous lesion has the trend of rejuvenation,which is probably related to personal health awareness,sex hygiene and environmental pollution.Cervical cancer screening in past two years which was free conducted by our country is an important measure in early detection of CIN and cervical cancer.And it has an important meaming for early dection,early diagnose,and imporviong womenshealth. 　　[Keywords] peasant women; cervical cancer; scree
