小于胎龄儿体格发育3年随访的的结果分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨小于胎龄儿的生长发育规律，为儿童早期体格发育研究提供依据。方法 对选取的212名小于胎龄儿和对照儿童定期测量身长和体重，并计算生长速率；以个体身长别体重超过标准体重的方法筛选超重、肥胖；用标准差分（Z分）筛选4种中重度营养不良。结果 小于胎龄儿体重增长速率2岁内高于足月正常儿，身长增长速率1岁内高于足月胎龄儿；3岁内身长、体重、身长别体重Z分均值均明显低于足月胎龄儿；小于胎龄儿1，3岁时中重度营养不良率均显著高于足月正常儿（P值均＜0.05）。结论 小于胎龄儿体重2岁内呈现追赶生长，身长1岁内呈现追赶生长；3岁时生长水平仍落后于适于胎龄儿。 　　【关键词】 婴儿，小于胎龄；体型；生长和发育；随访研究 　　【中图分类号】 R 179 R 339.3+5 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1000-9817(2008)03-0200-03 　　The Three-year Follow-up Study on Physical Development Among the Infants of Small for Gestational Age/YAN Shuang-qin, GU Chun-li, LI Qing, et al. Maanshan Maternal and Child Health Care Center, Maanshan(243011), Anhui Province, China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the characters on growth and development Among the infants with small for gestational age, and to provide bases for the early intervention of the small for gestational age. Methods A total of 212 infants born small for gestational age (SGA) were follow-up studied for 3 years and body length and weight were measured. Using the method of the individual weight for body length, overweight and obesity were identified. Four kinds of moderate to severe malnutrition were detected using the standard deviation scores (Z scores). Results The increasing rates of weight in SGA infants were higher than that in infants born appropriate for gestational age (AGA) in first two years, and length of SGA infants increased higher than in AGA infants within the first year. The Z scores of length, weight and weight for length of SGA children were lower than that in children born AGA at 3 years old. The prevalence rates of moderate to severe malnutrition in SGA children were higher than that in AGA children at 1, 3 years old (P0.05). ConclusionThe catch-up growth of body length and weight in SGA infants is during the first year and the first two years respectively. The growth levels in SGA children is poorer than the AGA ones at 3 years old. 　　【Key words】 Infant, small for gestational age; Somatotypes; Growth and developm
