基于Power On的项目管理系统房地产的项目成本控制探究 　　摘要： 利用项目管理软件集成系统进行企业级项目管理得到了许多尝试和推广，是企业提高管理效率、有效控制成本的工具，为企业带来了很好的管理效果。运用项目管理软件，建立项目管理模型，在项目管理的各个环节中进行成本控制研究。房地产企业通过在Power On平台上做项目管理与成本控制的尝试，主要从企业的组织管理机构、项目前期策划、设计、招投标、施工、竣工验收维修等阶段，探究开发过程中成本控制效果。 　　Abstract： The use of project management software integration system has got a lot of trial and promotion in enterprise project management. It is an effective tool for enterprise to improve the efficiency of management and control the cost， and has brought good management result for the enterprise. The project management software is used to build a project managemen
