如何通过课堂的模式创新改进教学管理质量 　　【摘 要】论文对我国高校微课式教学现状及存在的问题进行分析，以“主导―主体”的理论为指导，把学生学习能力、协作能力和创新能力的提升作为目标，构建了“生师”角色转变的翻转课堂教学模式，并阐述了该教学模式的实施过程与评价方法。 　　【Abstract】This paper analyzes the situation and existing problems of micro class teaching in Chinas colleges and universities， taking the Leading and Subject theory as the instruction， and making the the students learning ability， cooperation ability and innovation ability as the goal， to build the classroom teaching mode of role reversal between student and teacher， and expounds the implementation process and evaluation method. 　　【关键词】教育管理；角色转变；翻转课堂 　　【K
