夏热冬冷地区住宅节能优化的设计 　　 摘要：“冬暖夏凉”是家居环境最理想的状态。而我国长江流域及其周围却是典型的“夏热冬冷”环境。住宅部表示，夏热冬冷地区是整个建筑行业比较关心的区域，如何在这一区域进行节能设计及居住舒适设计，是一重大设计难题，对于技术系统、设计人员都是一个艰难的挑战。节能减排，发展绿色建筑模式势在必行，把低碳经济、绿色建筑作为建筑可持续发展的原则。 　　关键词：夏热冬冷，节能设计，再生资源 　　Abstract: the warm in winter and cool in summer household environment is the most ideal state. And our country in the Yangtze river basin and its surrounding is typical hot summer and cold winter environment. Housing department said, hot summer and cold winter area of the whole construction industry are more concerned with area, how in the area for energy saving design and comfortable
