安徽地区儿童过敏原IgE检测的的结果分析 　　摘要：目的：分析安徽地区儿童过敏原IgE检测结果，了解过敏原与过敏性疾病的关系，及本地过敏原的分布特点。方法：使用Allergy Screen试剂盒，采用免疫印迹法，检测315例安徽地区儿童血清IgE过敏原，并分析结果。结果：315例儿童中共185例IgE过敏原呈阳性，阳性率达58.73%。吸入性过敏共108例（58.38%），食入性过敏共77例（41.62%），P0.05，差异有统计学意义。食入性过敏原引发的荨麻疹最多，阳性率达23.38%。吸入性过敏原引发的过敏性鼻炎最多，阳性率为29.63%。吸入性过敏原中猫毛、狗上皮、屋尘、尘螨组合是主要的吸入性过敏原，其阳性率分别为31.48%、25.00%、16.67%、10.19%。食入性过敏原中海产组合、淡水鱼组合、牛奶是主要的食入性过敏原，阳性率分别为25.97%、20.78%、14.29%。结论：儿童过敏原种类繁多，吸入性过敏原阳性率较食入性过敏原高。过敏原检测有助于儿童过敏性疾病的诊断和预防。 　　关键词：儿童；过敏原；过敏性疾病 　　Abstract ：objective to analyze anhui area children allergens IgE test results， understand allergens and the relationship between allergic disease， and the distribution characteristics of local allergens. Methods use Allergy Screen kit， using western blot method， 315 children with anhui region detection of serum IgE allergens， and the results of the analysis. Results 185 cases of a total of 315 cases of children IgE allergens positive， positive rate was 58.73%. Inhaled allergies， a total of 108 cases （58.38%）， eating sex allergy， a total of 77 cases （41.62%）， P 0.05， the difference was statistically significant. Eat most allergens of urticaria， positive rate was 23.38%. Inhaled allergens of allergic rhinitis， most positive rate was 29.63%. Inhaled allergens in the cat hair， dog epithelium， house dust， dust mites are the main combination inhalation allergen， the positive rate of 31.48%， 25.00%， 31.48% and 25.00% respectively. Eat seafood allergens in combination， combination of freshwater fish， milk is the main food allergen in the sex， the positive rate of 25.97%， 20.78% and 14.29% respectively. Conclusion there are many different kinds of allergens in children and inhaled allergens positive rate is relatively high food allergen in the sex.
