建筑装饰施工成本管理问题的研究 　　 摘要：社会经济的迅猛发展催生了建筑装饰行业的发展，并且随着国家对其调控力度的加大以及市场建筑装饰需求的增加，该行业在市场中越来越受到业内的重视和青睐。然而，建筑装饰行业在施工的过程中，由于施工成本管理思想、施工组织管理、施工方案、成本管理方法等方面存在不完善的地方，致使在施工过程中出现成本失控的状况，从而直接削弱了建筑装饰施工的经济效益。因此，本文将从目前建筑装饰企业施工成本管理的实际情况出发，找出施工成本管理工作中存在的问题，并站在这些企业可持续发展的高度上，找出相应的解决办法，使得这些企业能够在同行业的激烈竞争中具备足够的抵抗成本风险能力，这也是目前国内大多数建筑装饰企业亟需解决的难题。 　　 关键词：建筑装饰工程 装饰施工成本 成本管理问题 　　Abstract: the rapid development of social economy gave birth to the architectural decoration industry development, and along with the country over its regulation intensified efforts and architectural decoration market increased demand, this industry has been more and more in the market the attention and favor.
