房屋建筑结构优化的设计的探讨 　　摘要：随着我国国民经济水平的快速提升，我国房屋建筑行业也得到了较为迅速的发展。我国在房屋建筑方面投入的力度也在不断加大，因此房屋用户对于居住环境以及生活条件的要求也越来越高。在对新时代房屋建筑进行结构设计的过程中，其最基本的要求就是结构必须具备足够的安全性、功能性以及耐久性，同时也要具备一定的经济性和美观性。在建筑工程所有的施工成本中，建筑结构造价所占比例是最大的。因此要保证所有功能特点的情况下，要想对房屋建筑进行更合理的优化设计。本文首先分析了房屋建筑结构进行优化设计的必要性，然后提出了优化设计的方法，最后从四大方面详细探讨了房屋建筑结构优化设计的要点。 　　关键词：房屋建筑结构；优化设计；剪力墙；主梁；造价 　　Abstract: along with our country national economy level of rapid ascension, the home building industry in our country has been relatively rapid development. This article first analyzes the necessity of building structure optimization design, and then puts forward the optimization design method, finally in detail from four aspects discusses the main points of the building structure optimization design. 　　Keywords: building structure; Optimization design; Shear wall; Girder; Cost of the 　　中图分类号：TU318文献标识码：A文章编号：2095-2104(2013) 　　 　　 　　一、房屋建筑结构优化设计的必要性 　　为了达到结构优化设计的目的，工程设计人员必须在保证结构安全的前提下，通过对建筑结构的理性分析，采用合理的优化设计理念和方法进行优化设计，使得能有效地控制工程造价，满足投资方的经济要求。 　　通过以往的优化设计经验来看，相比于传统的设计方法，优化设计通常可以达到降低工程造价5%～30% 的目的。但是在实际的工程设计中，很多因素都制约了优化设计的开展和实施。比如，工程的设计进度的要求，使得设计人员根本无暇顾及到结构的优化设计要求；再者，由于知识水平的限制，傻瓜化的设计软件使得年轻设计人员对优化设计的理解缺乏，更谈不上有效合理的优化设计，大部分设计人员在所谓优化设计中总着眼于局部部位而忽略了结构总体方案的设计，没有从总体布局上考虑造价的控制。 　　为此，为了降低工程造价的成本，提高设计人员在工程建设过程中对优化设计的设计把握非常必要，只有加强技术和经济效益的有效结合，通过合理的优化设计方案，达到降低工程造价的目的，创造更大的社会效益。 　　二、房屋建筑结构优化设计的方法 　　 （一）概念设计优化 　　对于同一个建
