II II Abstract Identity authentication technology has been the focus of attention, though there are many more secure practical authentic technologies, due to some subjective and objective factors, password, as an unique authentic modal, is unable to be replaced by other technologies, and their use is associate with peoples life. With the continuous development of society, the safety of password gradually be valued by us. For the defects of generation of the traditional single-modal password, this paper proposes a concept of disordered fusion based on multi-modal, focused on hardware and software with their design and implementation of a disordered fusion of multi-modal input system, which includes keyboard modal, black box modal and extended mode. The hardware includes the master module, keyboard module, black box module, communication module, voice module and extended module. They are mainly used to collect modal information, transfer data between host and lower computer, and give voice prompts. Software are used to normalize data, transfer and reduce data, recognize the information and so on. This system is to integrate many generation methods of different modal passwords, then collect the data and convert it to what can be read and recognized by host computer. The main innovation of this article in flowing:(1)For the defects of single modal and advantage of multi-modal, introduce the concept of multi-modal to password generation field. To generate the password by kinds of modal.(2)Propose architecture of multi-modal system, design and implement the hardware and its` device.(3)Propose Software architecture system based on collection, process and infusion of password information of multi-modal system. Experimental results proved that single password modal can keep high recognition, but could be affected by objective factors. Single black box modal exists recognition rate, high error rate may lead to password locked, but it’s much safer than password modal, man-mach
