成都中 成都中医药大学 2014 届硕士学位论文 PAGE 10 PAGE 10 万方数据 中文摘要 目的: 通过对腹泻型肠易激综合征(Irritable bowel syndrome with Diarrhea,IBS-D) 患者的调查,探索该病的体质分布特点以及相关因素与体质的关系,为 IBS-D 的 防治提供临床依据。 方法: 对 2013 年 7 月一 2014 年 3 月成都中医药大学附属医院消化科门诊及住院 部 171 例 IBS-D 患者,采用问卷调查的方法 ,按中医体质量表分别判定为平和 质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气郁质、特禀质 9 种体质类型。采用 MierosoftExcel 建立数据库,使用 SPSS22.0 统计软件,分析患 者的性别、年龄、病程、职业、诱发因素、烟酒嗜好与体质的关系,以探索相关 病因。 结果: 1、IBS-D 患者的体质分布与普通人群的体质分布有显著差异；阳虚质、 气郁质、湿热质较普通人群明显增多。各类型体质出现的频率依次为阳虚质 气郁质湿热质气虚质平和质痰湿质＞阴虚质血瘀质＝特禀质。 2、IBS-D 体质类型的分布在不同年龄组中有显著差异；青年组患者中气 郁质所占比例较多；老年组患者中阳虚质所占比例较多。 3、IBS-D 体质类型分布在不同职业之间差异存在统计学意义；脑力劳动 者气郁质较其他体质多；体力劳动者阳虚质较其他体质多。 4、IBS-D 体质类型分布在是否进食生冷诱发因素中差异不存在统计学意 义；在是否进食辛辣及情志不畅中差异存在统计学意义,进食辛辣诱发的患者湿 热质及气虚质所占比例较多,情志不畅引发的患者气郁质所占比例较高。 5、IBS-D 体质类型分布在是否吸烟之间差异无统计学意义；在是否饮酒 之间差异存在统计学意义,有饮酒嗜好的患者湿热质所占比例较无饮酒嗜好的 患者多。 6、未发现患者的性别、病程与体质分布的关系。 结论: 1、IBS-D 患者体质偏颇明显；阳虚质、气郁质、湿热质较普通人群明显 增多。 2、IBS-D 体质类型分布与年龄、职业、进食辛辣、情志不畅、饮酒嗜好 因素相关。 3、本研究结果有助于指导我们从体质角度出发防治 IBS-D。 关键词: 腹泻型肠易激综合征；中医体质；防治 Abstract Objective: We give questionnaires to the selected cases to get the constitution of the IBS-D patients and analyze the relationship between constitution and the IBS-D. Methods: We conducted the questionnaire survey for the IBS-D patients and record data to SPSS database, we use the chi-square-analysis to analyze the relationship between constitution with the IBS-D. Results: 1、The physical distribution of the IBS-D patients and the physical distribution of the general population were significantly different; Yang quality, qi depression, quality of damp and hot increased significantly . 2、The physical distribution of the IBS-D patients have significant differences in different age groups; the proportion of young patients with qi depression more; the proportion of elderly group with Yang deficiency quality more. 3、The physical distribution of the IBS-D patients have significant differences in different career；the qi depression of knowledge workers than other constitution; the Yang deficiency of manual worker tha
