英文摘要 产城融合视角下的开发区转型研究 Study of China’s Development Zones’ transformation on the perspective of industry and city’s integration Abstract This paper reviewed the development course of Chinas Development Zones, thus found that many Development Zones had felled into the separation of industrial development and city construction. On the basis of qualitative analysis, this paper also conducted the quantitative analysis through living-working-Lorenz curve. For the reasons, the globalization and a new round of global capital expansion are external reasons, but internal reasons are more important. Behind the separation of industrial development and city construction is the lack of people, is the structural imbalance of economy and society, and is the lack of land, labor and other elements markets. All those were caused by the unreasonable current system. Had referenced to the successful experiences of limited property rights houses of Shenzhen Model and market orientation and compact development of Old Puxi Model, this paper extended the connotation of the industry and city’s integration. The concept of industry and city’s integration we think should transform from industry and city two-dimensional integration to industry, city and people three-in-one integration. In countermeasure, this paper advocates promoting human development, economic and city construction through social construction, realizing humanism city development and the establishment of the domestic market and consumer society through social space reconstruction. Finally this paper settled in institutional change and institutional reform. The author suggests the establishment of a variety land ownership, the freedom of farmers’ participation or exit, the establishment of a nationwide unified land market and regulatory system; for the household registration system, the author thinks that it should be changed to the population registration system to establish a nationwide unified labor market; in addition, but
