Abstract
Urban traffic increased with the rapid development of economy in our country, so part of viaducts built in early stage are difficult to meet the needs of the traffic and need to be upgraded by demolition. Surroundings around urban viaducts are often extremely complex, so demolition blasting must follow the predetermined blasting scheme. The harmful effect of blasting on surroundings and the environment must be strictly controlled. However, the research related to demolition blasting for urban viaduct is still scanty.
Theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, experimental research and engineering application are combined in this paper to study the mechanics mechanism and model test of demolition blasting for urban viaduct. The following main conclusions can be drawn from the quantitative analysis:
According to the characteristics of piers and the deformation of reinforcing bars after blasting, the different shape for reinforcing bars under different constraint conditions is described. Furthermore, initial bending instability model of exposed reinforcing bars in demolition projects is used to calculate the height of incision on pier, the precision of calculation is effectively improved.
Continuous collapse mechanics models are established according to the continuous beam bridge, continuous girder bridge and continuous bridge. Meanwhile, numerical analysis is made by using the finite element software to provide a basis for the selection of key parameters in the design of blasting.
Putting forward the main content of model test for demolition blasting of urban viaduct through the analysis of the significance, basic principle and design principle of model test for urban viaduct.
Getting the parameters of specific explosive consumption with different strength of concrete and reinforcement according to the study of model test on single pier with different strength and stiffness.
