发电工程建筑结构资料提资管理系统设计与实现 专 业：计算机技术 研 究 生：胡创国 指导教师：边根庆 摘 要 随着人类科技的不断进步,手工存储、提取资料所耗费的人力物力已不能跟上 时代的节奏，提资管理系统应运而生。提资管理系统可以实现文件、资料集中存 储与共享，并且能方便快捷地上交或提取所需资料，简化工作流程，建立不同阶 段、不同容量的典型工程量数据库，实现网上提资。 通过对管理信息系统设计的技术和方法进行分析比较，逐步实现提资管理系 统的设计。系统由后台数据层、核心业务层、公共服务层、安全支撑体系等几部 分组成。后台数据层是运用当前最新存储技术、存储理念将各类资料文档安全、 高效地进行存储备份以及系统维护。核心业务层主要实现电子和实体档案一体化 管理、索引信息著录与调阅等功能。公众服务层是对外接口层，为外部系统提供 文档的目录查询检索，便于文档共享和应用。本系统采用 ASP.NET 技术，结合 SQL Server 数据库实现各项功能需求。 论文首先对目前发电工程单位的建筑结构资料提资方式进行了详细分析，综 合统计 Excel 格式提资存在的提资单格式不统一、命名不规范、重复提资等问题， 进而结合最新提资单标准，提出了发电工程建筑结构资料提资管理系统的设计与 实现，通过该系统实现发电工程建筑结构资料提资的统一规范管理。 关键词：网上提资；ASP.NET 技术；数据库 Power engineering construction structure data management system design and implementation Specialty : Computer technology Name : Hu Chuangguo Instructor : Bian genqing ABSTRACT Along with the advance of human science and technology, manual storage, extracting information amount of resources can not keep up with the rhythm of The Times, the information management system arises at the historic moment.
