Abstract As market economy development, increasing market competition. At present, chinas economic life have appeared in various forms of abuse market dominant positions.While with the appearance of anti- monopoly law, it is beneficial to establish the environment of equal competition, to popularize the thought and culture of the competition, and to balance and adjust various interests’ relationships. To study the prohibitions of abusing the dominant position of the market have great significance in the anti- monopoly and the practice of administration of justice. In view of this, the dissertation makes a deep analysis on the problems from four sections. Part 1 starts with the basic problems of abusing the dominant position of the market, on this basis,the dissertation does a deep analysis on the definition of abusing the dominant position of the market and the fundamental categories, points out the pattern of prevention and the principles of sanction. therefore, the dissertation makes a deep focus on the significance of forbidding to abuse the dominant position of the market in the anti-monopoly. Part2 deals with the United States, Germany, Japans anti- monopoly law on the regulation of the abuse of a dominant market position for the legislative style comparative study with a view to the implementation of the anti- monopoly law in China, especially Chinas abuse of a dominant market position control system and the implementation of sound benefits. Part3 is the center of the dissertation. First of all, it expounds the relevant legislations on the prevention from abusing the dominant position of the market in our country and the problems. Secondly, the dissertation makes a research on the prevention policies of abusing the dominant position of the market of the mew anti- monopoly law.
