摘 摘 要 任何时代都具有符合时代特征的时代精神，而当今时代的精神即是创新。 创新时代需要创新人才，创新性人才培养呼唤教育创新。人才是教育的结果，教育 需以创新能力的培养为目的，为达到这样的目的学校教育必须变革与创新，教育创新的 最终目标是要建立起与创新时代相适应的创新教学体系，即教学模式的创新。 创新教学模式的理论基础是马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说；邓小平理论；党和 国家的教育方针和创造理论。 创新教学模式基于以人才培养模式的变革。建立与创新人才培养相适应的人才培养 模式，应当从教学模式的创新为切入点，从而建立起创新人才培养的观念、目标，并以 此为标准，实现创新教学模式的最终目的。 创新教学模式基于对传统教学模式的改造。教育能否使学生有效地产生问题，进入 问题形成解决问题的意识、习惯和能力，能否创造性地应答没有遇到过的挑战，这是创 新教学模式需要重点解决的问题。 创新的教学模式的实现，首先要有具备创新意识和创新精神的教师。创新型的教师， 其本身应当是具有创造力的。 教师应当努力成为创新教学模式的实践者，担负起培养创新人才和创新教学模式的 双重使命。 关键词：教学模式创新教学模式 自主教学模式 ABSTRACT Any age has its time spirit which matches th巳 characteristic of the age 刊\e spirit of this age is í1111ovation. Innovative age needs such talented persons who have the ability to ì1Ulovate. While the education of developing talented persons who have the innovative ability calls for innovation. The talented person is the resu1t of education. The education should take developing peoples innovatìve ability as purpose. In order to attain such purpo日e，the school education must be changed and innovated. The final target of education is to establish an innovative teaching system which canωapts to the innovative age. That is innovating of te且chingmode. The theoretical foundation of innovative teaching mode is 由e theories about peoples overall development in Marxism ，Deng Xiaoping日 theories，the education policy of the P盯ty and the nation，the theories of creating. The innovating of the teaching mode comes from the change of the talented perso白g developing mode. Building up a mode which ís used to develop peoples innovatìve ability， we should st削 from the innovating ofthe teachíng mode‘ then 巳stablish the idea and object of the innovative educatìon.
