摘 要 本文以鄂东南传统商业集镇为重要研究对象，并重点研究鄂东南境内以血缘关 系维系的传统商业集镇聚落中的建筑文化。通过对鄂东南境内的大量传统商业集镇 聚落的调研、分析，从集镇聚落分布特征（宏观）、集镇聚落空间（中观）以及集镇 建筑空间（微观）三个层面，论述鄂东南传统商业集镇聚落建筑文化的特征。 通过对集镇商品流通线路上的传统商业集镇建筑的相互影响的分析，研究营建 方法、建筑细部、建筑材料与构造等方面的异同，并从宗族结构的角度分析其对传 统商业集镇空间形态布局的影响。研究传统商业集镇空间形态及其现存意义及更新 趋势，完善鄂东南传统商业集镇的空间形态研究的系统性和完整性。 第二章主要研究鄂东南传统商业集镇的形成背景的研究，包括对自然环境、社 会背景、科技背景、政治背景以及经济背景的研究。 第三、四、五章是本文的主体部分，分别从集镇聚落分布、集镇聚落空间以及 集镇建筑空间三个层面展开研究。集镇聚落的分布主要从其人口规模、宗族规模、 聚落分布和业态布局方面等方面来阐述；集镇聚落空间主要分析其选址、结构及界 面空间和节点空间；集镇建筑主要分析其平、立面、功能、特色空间、采光特点、 结构构造、装饰题材及建筑材料等方面展开讨论，探讨其空间形态的基本特点。 第六章研究鄂东南传统商业集镇的现存意义及更新发展情况。通过对时间跨度 和空间跨度的对比，研究鄂东南传统商业集镇空间在不同的时间段及不同的空间分 布上的承传与衍变。同时，还对当前城镇化背景下商业集镇的历史落差及更新趋势 进行了研究。 关键词： 鄂东南；传统集镇；商业；空间形态；更新趋势 Abstract This thesis takes the traditional commercial market town in Southeast Hubei as main object of study, and focus on the architectural culture in the traditional commercial market town settlement maintained by the blood relationship. Through detailed research, analysis on the traditional commercial market town settlement in Southeast Hubei, then, the paper discusses the architectural culture character of the traditional business market town settlements in Southeast Hubei from three levels, that is, distribution of settlement (macro view), the settlement space of the market town (medium view) and the architectural space of the market town (micro view), We analysis the mutual influence of the traditional commercial market town architectures on the line of the commodity-circulation, also study the differences and similarities of construction methods, architectural detail, building materials and construction and other aspects, and their impact on the layout of space from the perspective of the clan structure of the traditional commercial market town.This paper also focus on spatial form of the traditional market town and its existing meaning and update trend, and improve the systemic and integrity of the research on space morphology of traditional commercial market town in Southeast Hubei.
