Abstract With the higher science and technology level in China, many industries of the manufacturing have been generally realized mechanical automation in operations such as material winding, back scrolling, and transmission. However, the ointment production technology of traditional Chinese medicine is far backward than other manufacturing industries in the process of the development of automated production. Deviations on material which caused by various kind of reason in the automation production process of automated assembly line could have great effect on the quality of production and the whole ordered system of operations line . Therefore, in the paper , an automation assembly line of traditional Chinese medicine ointment has been designed according to the market demands ， the combination of the experiences of previous production and modern automated production technology. After the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine ointment production process, a cream four step stamping molding production process method and automated rectifying control technology are respectively being used on the automatic production line and the problems of material deviations. This subject has well finished the mechanical design of the ointment reassembly line ;as for the running deviation problems in the rolling and up-wrap , a proposal of double step motor to solve the deviations on ointment reassembly line can make sure the properly , orderly and steadily operations of the whole assembly line. The key to a successful assembly line is to design an independent operation which can simultaneously controls two stepper motors, and to ensure the effectiveness of corrective control system. The rest of this Paper is going to discuss the ointment reassembly line in several parts.
