发酵过程温度控制方法的研究-控制科学与工程专业论文
STUDY ON METHOD OF TEMPERATURE CONTROL IN FERMENTATION PROCESS
ABSTRACT
Industrial fermentation utilizes jacket to achieve heating and cooling in a closed vessel. In the process, temperature control is very important. However, the controlled object usually exist serious integrator plus time
delay phenomenon, so the conventional control arithmetic is difficult to reach the required control quality,
especially with more strict restriction on overshoot. The paper takes the ferment device as controlled plant, the combination feasibility and mode of fuzzy system,model-reference adaptive control and genetic algorithm are studied,and then a compound control scheme-fuzzy adaptive PID control method that based on the genetic algorithm is proposed,also the comparison among compound control,PID control and fuzzy self-adjusted PID
control is made in simulation. The result shows that the method is feasible. The main research work and contribution of this dissertation are as follows:
The paper analyses the characters of biological fermentation process,then mainly introduces the
reasons of the bad temperature control performance in fermentation process.
Summarizing the various ways of temperature control and development status, and analyzing the characteristics of every control theory, summarizing advantages and disadvantages.
The paper reference model-reference adaptive control model, make it combination with positional PID control and fuzzy control. Then make parameter identification by genetic algorithm. Simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID controller has obvious advantage in temperature control.
The fermentation temperature control device of FG-3000 determined by online identification, taking fuzzy adaptive controller based on the genetic algorithm in the fermentation device. The results show that it is better than others control algorithm in response speed and overshot
