摘要 本文从经济属性和社会属性两个方面探索中国老龄人口健康状况。文中采 用中国健康营养调查（CHNS）数据，运用频数分析和列联表分析方法进行描述 统计分析，建立线性概率模型对老龄健康及其影响因素进行数量研究。最后根 据研究结果提出个人建议。 研究结果表明：（1）经济属性指标对我国老年人身体健康状况存在显著影 响。其中：经济自立型、享有医疗保险、居住地距离常去医疗机构较近的老人 的健康状况的确要好于经济依赖型、没有享受医保以及居住地距离常去医疗机 构较远的老人的健康状况。（2）社会属性对我国老年人健康状况的影响效果显 著。其中：学历较高、有配偶且配偶健在、参加文体活动的老年人其身体健康 状况更好；但是居住于经济较发达地区的老年人其身体状况并没有好于居住于 经济欠发达地区的老年人。（3）部分社会属性指标内部之间以及部分社会属性 指标与控制指标间存在显著叠加影响。 【关键词】老龄健康，经济因素，社会因素，频率分析，列联表分析，线性概 率模型 Abstract The aim of this paper is to study the economic and social factors which affect the elderly health in China. By utilizing Frequencies, Crosstabs and Linear Probability Model (LPM), this paper combines the data of CHNS to explore the health condition of the elderly and its effect factors. After providing the rational research conclusion, this paper put forward some sensible suggestions.
