摘 要 本文主要通过对储备率，政府教育开支与经济增长的经济现象的研究和分析， 由内生经济增长模型的建立与求解，得出了一系列结论。本文的主要工作如下： 在第三章，本文建立了第一个模型，即人力资本模型，在已有模型的基础上， 结合实际社会状况，将条件稍作改变，考虑劳动力带弹性的情形，并假设技术增长 率为零，且不考虑折旧，将模型简化，得出劳动力带弹性的人力资本模型，最终得 出了在宏观经济增长模型中假设劳动力供给不带弹性是合理的结论。在第四章，本 文通过对已有文献的研究，在内生经济增长的条件下，考虑铸币税的增长效应，并 建立模型分析和讨论政府把铸币收益全部用于教育部门的投入以加快人力资本积 累，得到的结果是：该经济有唯一的均衡增长路径，但储备率带来的铸币收益对经 济增长有两种相反的影响。 本文建立的模型以及对模型的分析具有一定的理论基础和具有实际意义，也有 一定的参考价值。 关键词：教育开支 经济增长 均衡点 稳定性 Abstract This article has mainly obtained series of conclusions by studying and analysing economic phenomena involving the rate on reserves, the Government of education expenditure and economic growth and by establishing and solving the models of endogenous economic growth．The main work of this paper is as follows: The third chapter is the first model of this paper, which introduces the human capital model basing on the existing model, the new model’s conditions has been slightly changed, with flexibility to consider the labor situation, assuming that the technology growth rate is zero and the depreciation hasn’t been taken into account, so the model is simplified, a flexible workforce human capital model is obtained. We can draw a conclusion that the elasticity of labor force growth supply not being considered is reasonable. Chapter IV of this article has considered the growth effects of seigniorage at the basis of the existing literature, and assumed that the Government coin the proceeds using for education sector to accelerate investment in human capital accumulation, then analyse the impact on economic growth, the result is: the economy has a unique balanced growth path, but the reserve ratio of seigniorage has two opposing effects to economic growth .
