GUANGXI K REAL ESTATE COMPANY PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION RESEARCH PROPERTY CONSULTANT ABSTRACT Property consultant is the most direct real estate company personnel to achieve market value. After the real estate industry experienced a golden ten years of rapid development, industry competition becomes more intense. In this context, the real estate company needs to be more emphasis on excellent mining property consultant or culture, to create an outstanding property consultant team to enhance the companys sales performance. In this paper, we take the Guangxi K real estate company（KECC） in for the study, combined with the theory of performance management, analysis of issues related Guangxi to K real estate company property consultant company performance management system exists, combined with industry trends on this basis, the companys strategy and the companys management practice, Guangxi K Real estate company optimization program proposed property consultant company performance management system. This study suggest that : ( 1 ) the existing real estate company in Guangxi K Real estate company performance management system , can only be regarded as a performance appraisal system , is not really a performance management system ; ( 2 ) Guangxi K real estate company to strengthen the monitoring of the performance of the implementation process in concrete terms from marketing organizational restructuring , personnel monitoring , surveillance cycle , monitoring methods , monitoring content in a bid to establish a complete set of performance management monitoring system ; ( 3 ) Guangxi K Real estate company traded in the past, relying solely on the area as the performance index approach needs to be changed , from a single indicator of the sales transaction size , operational capacity , the ability to reach a deal , appearance and overall quality of service , etc. perfect start to build a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system ; ( 4 )
