创新型环保企业科技成果价值实现研究 摘 要 创新型环保企业不仅在环境保护中起着举足轻重的作用，同时也是我国科学技术 进步的主体力量。创新型企业是我国创新体系的核心，其科技成果价值能否得到实现 是体现其创新水平和能力的重要指标之一。目前，我国每年取得的科技成果不计其数， 并且很多具有很高的技术价值和市场价值，但科技成果并没有完全得到应用。因此， 研究科技成果的价值实现成为关键环节。 论文以创新型环保企业科技成果价值实现为主题，在对科技成果价值实现的理论、 现状和问题进行了分析的基础上，运用层次分析法对创新型环保企业科技成果价值实 现影响因素进行了分析，同时从经济绩效、科技绩效、社会绩效三个方面选取指标来 衡量科技成果价值实现的绩效并运用格栅—模糊 Borda 数分析法对绩效进行评价，同 时选取样本单位，对创新型环保企业科技成果价值实现绩效进行实证评价及结果分析。 在此基础上通过相关性分析和回归分析来解析影响科技成果价值实现的三个因素和 科技成果价值实现绩效之间的关系，并分别从政策层面、市场层面和企业层面提出了 促进创新型环保企业科技成果价值实现的建议。 论文分析了创新型环保企业科技成果价值实现的影响因素并解析了各因素与科 技成果价值实现之间的关系，得出政策因素的影响远远大于市场因素和企业因素的影 响。在分析影响科技成果价值实现影响的三个因素与绩效的关系时得出政策因素、市 场因素、企业因素与经济绩效、科技绩效、社会绩效均呈显著正相关。论文在运用格 栅—模糊 Borda 数法来评价创新型环保企业科技成果价值实现绩效方面和运用定性 与定量相结合的方法来分析创新型环保企业科技成果价值实现影响因素与绩效之间 的关系方面具有一定的创新意义。通过本研究，对解决创新型环保企业在科技成果价 值实现方面存在的问题有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：创新型企业，科技成果，影响因素，绩效 The Research on Value Achievement of Scientific and Technological Achievements of the Innovative Environmental Enterprises ABSTRACT Innovative environmental enterprises play an important role in environmental protection, and become the main force of Chinese scientific and technological progress.
