初中教师惩劝语研究 中文摘要 摘要：当今，师生冲突已成为备受社会关注的话题之一。师生冲突的存在不 仅会危害学生的身心健康发展，也会损害教师的威信，损害学校的声誉，甚至会 影响社会的安定和谐。因此，在素质教育的背景下，迫切地需要改善教师的教育 言行。论文主要阐述教育言语之一——教师惩劝语。 教师惩劝语是教师与学生以惩劝为目的的交际言语，是语言的职业变体。论 文分五部分论述： 绪论部分对教师惩劝语的国内外研究现状进行了文献综述，指出本研究的意 义。第一章依据教育领域惩劝教育理论和语言学领域言语理论，提出教师惩劝语 理论假设；根据说者、环境、手段的不同，将教师惩劝语分为三大类，彰显不同 类别的个性特点。第二章剖析教师惩劝语的三大类特点，验证教师惩劝语理论假 设的可行性；印证教师教育言语冲突给学生带来的负面影响。第三章以城乡两所 学校为例，通过问卷和采访两种方法进行调查，收集相关数据和文字材料。统计 分析惩劝语调查结果，进一步印证教师惩劝语理论假设。第四章从教师、学生、 学校、社会和制度五个层面，对教师不当惩劝语存在的原因进行分析，并提出了 规避策略。 本文的研究，既充实了教育理论和言语交际理论，又为教师教育言语提供了 理论上、方法上的指导，为中国的未来教育事业的健康蓬勃发展略尽绵力。 关键词： 初中，教师，惩劝语，特点，现状 I Research of the Language of Persuading to Be Good and Punishing the Evil of Junior Middle School Teachers Abstract In todays society, the conflict between teachers and students has become one of the topics. The conflict between teachers and students is harmful to physical and mental health of students, and it can damage the prestige of teachers, the reputation of the school, the social stability and harmony. Therefore, under the background of the quality education, we need to improve the Instructional technology of teachers urgently. The paper mainly expounds the education one of the language -- the language of persuading to be good and punishing the evil of teachers.
