In order to adapt to the needs of the development of market economy, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the operators, especially the SME operators, providing a favorable legal environment for the development and growth of SMEs in China, it is necessary to reverse confuse the acts of unfair competition. This paper conducted a preliminary study on reverse confusion, the acts of unfair competition, excepting the preamble and epilogue, the text is divided into four chapters.
