消化内科病房低年资护士规范化培训的研究
[摘要] 目的 探讨对消化内科病房低年资护士实施规范化培训的成果,以此来提高低年资护士的会理工作水平和患者满意度。 方法 选取该科50名刚参加工作的低年资护士作为培训对象,进行长达1年的规范化培训。并对50名低年资护士进行考察,分别是2009年7月―2011年5月期间和2011年7月―2013年7月期间培训的各25名低年资护士进行考核。对比两组护士考核结果,并在2次考核前1周调查患者满意度。结果 第1次考核合格18名,不合格7名,合格率72%,抽取60例患者调查患者满意度显示总满意例数43例,满意度71.67%;第2次考核合格23名,不合格2名,合格率92%,抽取60例患者调查患者满意度显示总满意例数57例,满意度95%。对比两组患者数据,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 对消化内科病房低年资的护士进行规范化培训能够显著提高护理工作质量和患者满意度,同时随着培训内容深化,各项工作逐渐完善成熟,改善程度尤为明显。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the results of implementing standardized training for junior nurses in GI medicine ward, so as to improve the nursing work level and patient satisfaction of junior nurses. Methods 50 junior nurses entered our department from July, 2007 to July, 2013 were selected as the training objects, and given the standardized training, which lasted for 1 year. And to investigate 50 junior nurses, during the period from July, 2009 to May, 2011 and July, 2011 to July, 2013 for 25 junior nurses assessment, respectively. The test results of the two groups of nurses were compared. And the patient satisfaction of both groups junior nurses was investigated 1 week before the test. Results In the first test, there were 18 qualified nurses, 7 unqualified, the qualified rate was 72%; the satisfaction survey of the 60 patients showed that 43 patients were satisfied; the satisfaction degree was 71.67%; in the second test, there were 23 qualified nurses, 2 unqualified, the satisfaction degree was 92%; the satisfaction survey of the 60 patients showed that 57 patients were satisfied, the satisfaction degree was 95%. Comparing the data of two groups of patients, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).
