糖皮质激素治疗儿童过敏性紫癜疗效及毒副的作用观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨利用糖皮质激素治疗儿童过敏性紫癜（HSP）的临床疗效及毒副作用。方法：选取2014年1月-2015年1月于笔者所在医院就诊的HSP患者50例为研究对象，病情较轻的患者为对照组，病情严重的患者为观察组，每组25例。给予对照组琥珀酸氢考进行治疗，观察组患者采用甲基泼尼松进行治疗。观察者两组患者的临床疗效和毒副作用情况。结果：患者的皮疹、关节症状、消化道等症状经治疗后均有所缓解；15例肾受累的患者中14例的尿常规在利用糖皮质激素治疗之后恢复正常，另1例在利用了雷公藤之后，病情得到了控制和恢复，观察组患者的症状缓解时间短于对照组；利用糖皮质激素对患者进行治疗，停药后患者的身高、体重、心电图、肝肾功能较治疗前差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。两组患者用药期间、停药后血液中的WBC值、PLT值较用药前均显著下降，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：临床上在治疗儿童过敏性紫癜时，可以采用糖皮质激素对患者进行治疗，该药物的毒副作用较小，临床效果显著，能够在临床上推广和应用。 　　【关键词】 儿童过敏性紫癜； 糖皮质激素； 临床疗效； 毒副作用 　　中图分类号 R725.4 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）22-0025-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and side effects of glucocorticoid in the treatment of children allergic purpura（HSP）.Method：A total of 50 patients with HSP from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected as the objects，patients with lighter illness were devided into the control group，and patients with severe illness were devided into the observation group，25 patients in each group.Patients of the control group were given succinic acid hydrogen treatment，and the observation group was treated by Meprednisone.The clinical efficacy and side effects of the two groups were observed.Result：The rash，joint symptom and gastrointestinal reactions of patients in the two groups were relieved after the treatment.In the 15 children with renal involvement，14 cases of whom with routine urine were recovered after the glucocorticoid treatment，the other 1 case got controled and recovered after using the tripterygium wilfordii.After the glucocorticoid treatment，the height，weight，electrocardiogram（ecg），liver and kidney functions` had no significant difference than before the treatment（P0.05）.The WBC and PLT levels in both of the two groups during the therapy and after stop the drug were decreased than before the treatment，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Clinically in the treatment of allergic purpura in children， can use glucocorticoid treatment of pati
