社区54岁及以上老年人健康体检胸部X线片的的结果分析 　　摘 要 目的：分析嘉定镇街道社区54岁及以上老年人健康体检中胸部X线片阳性检出情况，并探讨其应用价值。方法：选取2016年4月至5月54岁及以上老年人健康体检中4 837例胸部X线片的资料，其中男2 068例（占42.75%），女2 769例（占57.25%），平均年龄（72.84±6.55）岁。分析阳性结果，并计算检出率。结果：胸部X线片阳性检出率为17.61%（852/4 837）。随着年龄增大，阳性率增高，不同年龄组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。阳性率较高的前4种征象分别是陈旧性病灶、心影增大、肺部结节、感染性疾病。结论：社区老年人胸部X线片阳性检出率较高，定期对老年人进行胸部X线检查对心肺疾病的早期诊断与治疗具有重要的参考价值。 　　关键词 健康体检；胸部X线片；老年人 　　中图分类号：R445.4 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）14-0050-03 　　Analysis of results of chest X-ray in the physical examination in the elderly community residents aged 54 years and over 　　GAO Feng 　　（Radiology Department of Jiading Community Health Service Center of Jiading District， Shanghai 201801， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the positive situation of chest X-ray film in the physical examination of the elderly people aged 54 years and over in Jiading Community and discuss its application value. Methods： Data of chest X-ray films in 4 837 healthy adults aged 54 years and over were selected from April to May in 2016， among them there were 2 068 males（42.75%） and 2 769 females （57.25%）， with an average age of （72.84±6.55） years. The positive results were analyzed and the detection rate was calculated. Results： The positive rate of chest X-ray was 17.61% （852/4 837）. With the increase of age， the positive rate increased， and the differences between different age groups were statistically significant（P0.05）. The first 4 signs of higher positive rates were old lesions， enlarged shadows， pulmonary nodules and infectious diseases. Conclusion： The positive relevant ratio of chest X-ray of the community elderly is high.
