养血清脑颗粒联合天麻素注射液治疗血管性眩晕的的疗效观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.15.64 　　摘 要 目的：观察养血清脑颗粒与天麻素注射液联合治疗血管性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：将128例血管性眩晕患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组64例。对照组给予250ml盐酸倍他司汀氯化钠注射液加入20ml复方丹参注射液静滴，1次/日，治疗7天；治疗组给予250ml盐酸倍他司汀氯化钠注射液加入天麻素注射液0.6g静滴，1次/日，养血清脑颗粒4g，3次/日，治疗7天。比较治疗前后临床疗效及患者大脑中动脉（MCA）、大脑后动脉（PCA）、椎动脉（VA）、基底动脉（BA）血流速度。结果：治疗组总有效率96.9%（62/64），对照组总有效率85.9%（55/64），两组之间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。与对照组相比，治疗组MCA、PCA、VA、BA血流情况明显改善。结论：养血清脑颗粒联合天麻素注射液可提高治疗血管性眩晕的临床疗效，不良反应少，患者耐受性好。 　　关键词 眩晕 养血清脑颗粒 天麻素 　　Curative effect observation of Yang Xue Qing Nao granule combined with gastrodin injection in the treatment of vascular vertigo 　　Guo Qinjian，Dong Yang 　　The Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shouguang City，Shandong 262700 　　Abstract Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Yang Xue Qing Nao granule combined with gastrodin injection in the treatment of vascular vertigo.Methods：We divided 128 patients who with vascular vertigo into the treatment group and the control group with 64 cases in each.The control group were given 250ml betahistine hydrochloride sodium chloride injection joined with 20ml compound Dan Shen injection for intravenous drip，1 times/day，for 7 days.The treatment group were given 250ml betahistine hydrochloride sodium chloride injection joined with gastrodin injection 0.6 for intravenous drip，1 times/day，Yang Xue Qing Nao granule 4g，3 times/day，for 7 days.Compare the clinic effect and the middle cerebral artery（MCA），posterior cerebral artery（PCA），vertebral artery（VA），basilar artery（BA） blood flow velocity of all the patients were detected before and after treatment.Results：In the treatment group，the totle effective rate was 96.9%（62/64）.In the control group，the totle effective rate was 85.9%（55/64）.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The MCA，PCA，VA and BA blood flow in the treatment group were more significantly improve than those of the control group.Conclusion：Yang Xue Qing Nao granule combine with gastrodin injection can improve th
