内外固定联合治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折临床的的疗效观察 　　作者单位：418000 湖南省怀化市第二人民医院 　　通讯作者：曾祥彬 　　【摘要】 目的 观察应用内、外固定对不稳定性的骨盆骨折进行联合治疗的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析笔者所在科室2008年5月～2010年7月收治的30例不稳定性骨盆骨折患者的临床资料，分为治疗组（内外固定联合治疗组）和对照组（内固定组），对比分析两组患者经过治疗后的临床疗效。结果 两组30例患者其骨折均全部愈合，治疗组患者中，优8例，良5例，可1例，差0例，其优良率为92.9%，对照组患者中，优4例，良6例，可3例，差3例，优良率62.5%；治疗组与对照组优良率具有明显差异（P0.05）。结论 应用内、外固定对不稳定性的骨盆骨折进行联合治疗。不但能加强患者骨盆结构的整体稳定性，而且对恢复患者解剖序列其连续性，都有很好的促进作用。尤其以互补的作用好，具有双重固定的效果，因而临床疗效显著。 　　【关键词】 内、外固定； 不稳定性骨盆骨折； 疗效 　　Internal and external fixation of unstable pelvic fractures combined therapy clinical observation ZENG Xiang-bin，TANG Jie-fu，MAN Yi-wang.The Second Peoples Hospital of Huaihua,Huaihua 418000,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective Observe the internal and external fixation of unstable pelvic fractures were the clinical efficacy of combination therapy.Methods Review our hospital from May 2008 to July 2010, our department treated 30 patients with unstable pelvic fracture data were divided into treatment group （internal and external fixation combined treatment group） and control group （internal fixation group）,compared two groups of patients the clinical effect after treatment.Results Two groups of 30 patients whose fractures were healed, the treatment group were excellent in 8 cases, good in 5 cases,l,poor O cases,the fine rate was 92.9% in the control group were excellent in 4 cases,good in 6 cases,3 cases and poor in 3 cases,good rate of 62.5%;treatment group and control group with significant difference between excellent and good rate （P0.05）.Conclusion Applications,the external fixation of unstable pelvic fractures combined treatment.Not only can enhance the overall stability of patients with pelvic structure and sequence of the restoration of anatomical continuity of patients have a very good role in promoting.In particular, the role of a complementary good,with a double fixed effects, and thus a significant clinical effect. 　　【Key words】 Internal and external fixation; Unstable pelvic fractures; Effect 　　 　　目前，交通与建筑业发展迅速。临床上，造成不稳定
