红景天注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的的疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察大株红景天注射液配合常规治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者临床疗效的影响。方法：将60例AECOPD患者随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组，各30例，均予常规治疗，治疗组加用大株红景天注射液静滴，疗程为10 d。观察两组患者临床症状及客观检查指标，用药前后行血气分析检查。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P0.05）。治疗组动脉血氧分压高于对照组（P0.05），二氧化碳分压低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：在常规治疗的基础上联用大株红景天注射液治疗AECOPD 能明显提高临床疗效。 　　【关键词】 慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期； 大株红景天注射液； 疗效 　　Therapeutic Effect of Sofren Injection in Treatment of Acute Exacerbations of COPD/QU Qiu， XU Jian， LI Shu-yun.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（32）：014-016 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Sofren injection combined with conventional treatments on acute exacerbations of COPD （AECOPD）. Method： A total of 60 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group， each group contained 30 cases， two groups were given conventional treatment， and the treatment group were added Sofren injection intravenous drip， the course of treatment was 10 days. The changes of clinical symptoms and objective indexes before and after treatment were observed in both groups. The arterial blood gases of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were determined. Result： The efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group， the difference was significant （P0.05）. The arterial partial pressure of oxygen of patients of the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group （P0.05）. The arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide of patients of the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.
