摭议建筑工程施工阶段的质量控制 ［夺商要］建筑工程施工阶段为工程实体的最终形成阶段，也足该工程质量与使用价值的最终 形成及实现阶段，是实现工程质量控制极为关键的阶段。建筑工程施工阶段质量控制是该工 程成败的核心与关键。若质量不合格，艽既可能短时间内未冇明显表现，但在运营一段时间 后因受外界影响而极有可能产生严重后果，给群众的财产甚至生命造成巨大损失。当前建筑 工程项目质量事故频发，要想改变这一被动局面，就必须加强对施工阶段的质量控制，以提 高建筑工程的质量。施工阶段质量控制实质为对所投入资源与条件的质量进行管理控制，进 而实现对施工阶段与各环节质量的有效控制，直至完成对该工程项目所有产出品质量控制与 检验的整个过程的控制。本文就建筑工程施工前、施工过程屮以及施工形成屮这儿个方面的 建筑工程质量控制进行了详细阐述，并于文屮第三部分就建筑工程施工阶段质量控制的途径 与方法进行了论述，以期为我国建筑工程施工阶段质量控制的解决途径与方法提供可行性参 考。 ［关键词］建筑工程施工阶段质量控制途径 Discussion on Quality Control in Construction [Abstract] Building construction stage for the final stage of the formation of project entities, and the ultimate formation and realization phase of the project quality and value in use，is the realization of the project quality control is extremely critical stage. Building construction stage quality control is the core and key to the success of the project. If substandard quality，which can be either a short time not evident, but after a period of operation due to external influences and is likely to have serious consequences for people’s property or cause great loss of life. The current construction project quality accidents, in order to change the passive situation，we must strengthen the construction phase of quality control，to improve the quality of construction projects. Quality control of the construction phase is for the quality and substance of invested resources and conditions for management control，thus achieving effective control of the construction phase and all aspects of quality control of the project until the completion of all output product quality control and inspection of the entire process. This paper before building construction，construction process and construction quality construction formed in the control of these aspects of the detail，and in the third part of the text on the ways and means of building works construction phase quality control were discussed，with a view to the feasibility of providing a reference for their solutions and methods of building co
