Method ：The X Bridge TM C18 column (150mm × 4.6mm,5um) was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid （15： 85 ）,the flow rate was 1.0mL ·min-1,the detection wavelength was at 323nm. Results: A good linear correlation of chlorogenic acid was observed within the range of 2.58-46.44μg ·mL-1 ( ｒ=0.9998). The average recovery was 97.87% with RSD 1.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, it can be used for the quality control of Dankang capsules.
