羟苯磺酸钙联合包醛氧淀粉治疗糖尿病肾病的的疗效观察 　　摘 要 目的：观察羟苯磺酸钙联合包醛氧淀粉治疗糖尿病所致慢性肾病的临床疗效。方法：收集2013年12月-2015年11月糖尿病所致慢性肾病3、4期患者164例，随机分为一般治疗组（A组）、羟苯磺酸钙组（B组）、包醛氧淀粉组（C组）和羟苯磺酸钙联合包醛氧淀粉组（D组），每组41例。观察治疗8周时各组尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（Scr）、内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）和24 h尿白蛋白排泄率（UAE）的变化。结果：与治疗前相比，治疗8周后，B、C、D组BUN和Scr均下降，Ccr升高（P0.01），并以D组最显著（P0.01），依次为C组（P0.05）和B组（P0.05）。A、B、C、D四组UAE均较治疗前下降（P0.01），D组UAE下降程度与同期A、B、C组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：羟苯磺酸钙联合包醛氧淀粉能更好降低患者BUN、Scr、UAE水平，对糖尿病患者的肾脏损害有良好的保护作用。 　　关键词 糖尿病肾病 羟苯磺酸钙 包醛氧淀粉 　　中图分类号：R587.1/R692.5 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）20-0025-02 　　Observation of the effect of calcium dobesilate combined with coated aldehyde oxystarch in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy 　　XU Youxian， WANG Haiqin， LU Jun， LIU Xing 　　（Huajing Community Health Service Center of Xuhui District， Shanghai 200231， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of calcium dobesilate combined with coated aldehyde oxystarch in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： From Dec. 2013 to Nov. 2015， 164 cases of diabetic nephropathy in stage 3 and 4 were collected and randomly divided into a general treatment group （group A）， calcium dobesilate group （group B）， coated aldehyde oxystarch group （group C） and calcium dobesilate combined with coated aldehyde oxystarch group （group D） with 41 cases each. The changes of urea nitrogen （BUN）， serum creatinine （Scr）， creatinine clearance rate （Ccr） and 24 h urinary albumin excretion rate （UAE） were observed after 8 weeks of treatment. Results： Compared with those before treatment， the levels of BUN， and Scr decreased while the level of Ccr increased in groups B， C， D （P0.01）， and the group D was the most significant （P0.01）， followed by the group C（P0.05） and group B （P0.05） after 8 weeks of treatment. The levels of UAE in the groups A， B， C， D were lower than before treatment（P0.01）. The differences of the decreased level of UAE in group D compared with those in the groups A， B and C in the same period had the statistical significance （P0.01）. Conclusion：
