羟苯磺酸钙致血肌酐的的结果假性偏低临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察慢性肾脏病（CKD）3～5期患者服用羟苯磺酸钙后采用肌氨酸氧化酶法检测血肌酐结果偏差水平，探讨羟苯磺酸钙对肌氨酸氧化酶法检测血肌酐的影响程度。 方法 选取82例CKD3～5期未行透析治疗的患者，随机分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗基础上加用羟苯磺酸钙0.5 g，3次/d口服，分别检测两组治疗前、治疗后1周血肌酐水平，实验组加测停用羟苯磺酸钙1周后血肌酐水平，对照组亦检测同期血肌酐水平。 结果 两组患者治疗1周后血肌酐水平?^治疗前均有下降，实验组血清肌酐最低下降47.3 μmol/L，最高下降295.5 μmol/L，下降程度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 羟苯磺酸钙对肌氨酸氧化酶法检测 CKD 3～5期患者血肌酐结果有明确干扰作用，检测值在一定程度上低于实际水平，建议避免在评估肾功能期间服用羟苯磺酸钙。 　　[关键词] 羟苯磺酸钙；血肌酐；肌氨酸氧化酶法；慢性肾脏病（CKD）；假性偏低 　　[中图分类号] R961；R446.11 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）05-0079-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the deviation level of serum creatinine detected by sarcosine oxidase in patients with stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease（CKD） after taking calcium dobesilate， and to explore the effect degree of calcium dobesilate on the method of sarcosine oxidase in detecting serum creatinine. Methods A total of 82 patients with CKD stage 3-5 without dialysis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine treatment. The experimental group was given 0.5 g calcium dobesilate orally， 3 times/day， on the basis of routine treatment. The levels of serum creatinine in both groups were measured before treatment and one week after treatment. The level of serum creatinine in the experimental group after stopping the calcium dobesilate for one week was also measured. And the serum creatinine level in the control group in the same period was detected. Results Serum creatinine decreased after 1 week of treatment in both groups. The serum creatinine in experimental group decreased 47.3 μmol/L in the lowest and decreased 295.5 μmol/L in the highest， and the degree of decline in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group， with significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion Calcium dobesilate has clear interference effect on the method of sarcosine oxidase in detecting serum creatinine in CKD stage 3-5 patients.
