贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床的的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的：观察在常规治疗的基础上加用贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：64例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分成治疗组34例，对照组30例。两组均给予吸氧、?痰、控制感染、强心、利尿、扩血管等常规处理，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用贝那普利。结果：治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组，经χ2检验显示，治疗组与对照组的总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.793，P＜0.05）。经过治疗6周后，两组的心功能指标（6 min步行试验、HR、LVEF）均有明显改善，且治疗组的改善明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论：在常规治疗的基础上加用贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效好，可以明显改善心功能，且副作用小，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 贝那普利；慢性充血性心力衰竭；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R541.6[文献标识码]B [文章编号]1673-7210（2010）11（c）-038－０2 　　 　　Clinical observation on Benazepril in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure 　　LIU Xiaojun1, ZHANG Ping1,LI Xingling2, SUN Lin1, DAI Haixia1, GAO Jinhua1, YANG Yuanbin1 　　(1.Outpatient Department, General Logistics Department Clinics for Retired Cadres in Guangzhou City, Guangzhou 510510, China; 2.Second Department of Internal Curative, Guizhou Hospital of Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, Foshan 528305, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effective of the basis of conventional therapy plus Benazepril in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure therapy. Methods: 64 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group (34 patients) and control group (30 patients). Two correspondingly oxygen, expectorant, infection control, cardiac, diuretic, vasodilator and other conventional treatment, the treatment group were treated by the basis of conventional therapy plus Benazepril. Results: The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher, there was significant difference (χ2=5.793, Ｐ＜0.05). After treatment for 6 weeks, cardiac function of two groups (6 min walk test, HR, LVEF) were improved, and the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Based on conventional therapy plus Benazepril in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure, it can be significantly improved heart function, and side effects is worthy of promotion. 　　[Key words] Benazepril; Chronic congestive heart failure; Clinica
