阿奇霉素联合脾氨肽治疗小儿哮喘50例的的疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨阿奇霉素联合脾氨肽治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法 200例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为四组各50例，对照组50例予规基础治疗；A治疗组50例在对照组治疗的基础上加用阿奇霉素（10mg/kg?d睡前口服）；B治疗组50例在对照组治疗的基础上加用脾氨肽口服冻干粉（2mg/支）；C治疗组50例在对照组的基础上加用阿奇霉素与脾氨肽同时口服。疗程2个月，比较各组的疗效。结果 对照组的疗效与A、B、C各治疗组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。A治疗组与B、C治疗各组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。A治疗组与B、C治疗各组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。B治疗组与C治疗各组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在常规治疗基础上联合阿奇霉素和脾氨肽治疗小儿哮喘效果显著，不良反应少，安全性好，值得临床推广和应用。 　　[关键词]阿奇霉素；脾氨肽；小儿哮喘 　　[中图分类号] R725.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）23-104-02 　　 　　Azithromycin Treatment of Spleen Aminopeptidase 50 Cases of Asthma in Children 　　WANG Xiuhua 　　Pediatrics Department，Daqing Oil General Hospital， Daqing 163001，China 　　 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of curing the asthma in children. Methods Two-hundred cases with asthma in childen were randomly divided into four groups，50 cases given conventional treatment.The treatment group A was taken the additional therapy with azithromycine based on the routine therapy，the treatment group B was taken the additional therapy with oral freeze-dried power spleen aminopeptide based on the routine therapy，the treatment group C was taken the additional therapy with the azithromycine and spleen aminopeptide at one time， based on the routine therapy.And to compare the effects of the different groups in a 2-month course.Results There was the significant difference between the conventional treatment group and the.therapy groups（P＜0.05）. It proved that the effect of asthma in routine therapy was not remarkable.there was slight chang of the effect of the asthma in children in the group A，but the group A’effcet compared with the group B and C（P＜0.05）. It proved that the effects of the group B and C was more remarkable than the effect of the group A in curing the asthma in children，the effect of the group B compared with the effect to the group C（P＜0.05）.I t proved that the effect of the group C was remarkable curing the asthma in children.
